If you thought Twitter terms were bad or trying to figure out what "TTYL" means in your daughters text messages, it means "Talk to you later," then figuring out what all the RCRA acronyms and abbreviations are, must seem overwhelming.

How many times has someone asked what the HOC abbreviation means or what does OSHA stand for? Most of the time the response is usually, "How on earth should I know, go look it up!" Or words to that affect.

Well, we have your back covered on this one. We have put together a list of 80 of the most popular and common hazardous waste acronyms and abbreviations used in the industry. We hope you find it useful.

If you would to download a free printable version of the list, it is available here: Hazardous Waste Acronyms and Abbreviations. It will print out on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.
